Range contraction looks like ES is not going to break through the resistance level to the upside any time soon, so by default it is probably going to turn down into the prior congestion zone so it can pick up more liquidity and try again for another attempt at the upside.

I may have spoke too soon, today had a large range and to the up side. It still has to break through the resistance zone so for the time being I am considering this a top type of area.
