ETC is the farthest below the 30 MA that it has been in over a year. The RSI is the most oversold it has been in over a year. The stochasic RSI is saying the momentum is still bearish at the moment, but it in prime position for a reversal in the near future. I am expecting a bounce to test the 30 MA in the near future at a price 20-30% higher than it is now.
