Comment:
The only thing I don't like about this setup is that while price did close above the "B" point it was only base a small fraction, typically I like to see a strong close above this area showing the intent is to go high but the justification to be bullish out weigh the need to be neutral or bearish so I still consider this a valid setup. Invalidation will be known fairly quickly in this case allowing you to close the trade before it hits stop lost thereby reducing your overall lost.
