Been a bit since my last ETH chart. On that chart I crudely mapped out a retest of the level at 1233 with some arrows. It's never a given in this game, but I had hoped for some time and space and it wound form a first time back to a level for a retest. As I'm only a sometimes trader I didn't get filled on it as it just missed. When I got to the computer it was too far away for me to feel comfortable entering. Onwards to the next I go. Suppose that is the lament of a part time trader.
As price moved away from that area up for around 1305 I prepared to wait for a SFP to form from that prior level touch. And here we are. I'm filled, sitting watching.
We'll see how this turns out.

Closed. Price not moving away from the area with any conviction. Made about 2 bucks per ETH. LOL.

Journaled into missed trades this AM. Probably would have been stopped out on a moved up stop at ~1250 if I stayed active in the trade.
Journal review will have notes that I was uncomfortable as price was stabbing above but not moving above ~1235 for quite a few 1 hour candles. That said, there was a series of higher lows too which I feel (in hindsight review) I didn't place any emphasis on. Compounding factor was also I was expecting to be away from the computer for several hours.
