I think the Euro stoxx 50 index has a better situation than other indexes. NOK needed this to lift-off.

Stoxx didn't provide an explanation, but microchip makers have been buoyed by strong demand and a shortage of supplies. In early trade, Nokia slipped 1.3% while Infineon slipped 0.4%.

Unfortunately, I misunderstood the news. INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES will replace NOK in the EU50. Anyway Nokia has high potential for lift off.
