Seems feasible to follow EUR momentum trader. I place option trade with multiple expiry.
Comment:
EUR-pairs will continue to move with "high volatility" due to the EUR is carried by CHF and JPY but at the same time momentum traders are utilizing EUR for momentum trading. This result difficult for forecasting in daily, interdays, weekly and monthly but more accurate by medium term.
Comment:
The carry trading activity of the CHF and JPY carry traders to cause major pairs (USD band) and the EUR band at mixed volatility interior their bands/ceilings and result their pairs more stable in favor of central banks. The carry trading is slowing the USD and EUR bands' pairs to move to their targets.
Comment:
CARRY TRADERS (JPY AND CHF) RE-ENTER THE MARKET BY PUSHING CHF AND JPY PAIRS TO UPWARD AND TO PUSH MAJOR PAIR TO UPWARD (TEMPORARY) AND PRESSURING EUR PAIRS TO DOWNWARD.
