A must be a failed accumulation, long lower shadow ideally in oversold rsi
B must be a failure swing or/with signs of accumulation ( lower wicks ) in on oversold or below it .
B swing must be higher on divergence indicator that A hint divergence
Higher time frame is a must monthly or weekly signal
Measure pip distance of both price swings
Project it to the highest peak between the swings
This peak is max target projection
First target projection is at the first price swing -A
Second target projection is half way from target 3 and target 1
