EUR/USD 1H - Looking at this market we can see how price has tapped into a higher TF POI of mine and has since delivered us with an increase in Supply, why?
Because we have seen the creation in lower lows and price has slowed massively in terms of bullish power, this tells us that supply has been introduced and we may see the creation of its next bearish leg.
In order for me to have full faith in sell positions I would like to see a break in the higher TF low I have highlighted and for price to pullback again into a fractal Supply zone giving us the opportunity to get in on short positions.
With previous fractal lows being broken we could use that as confluence to get in earlier although the safest route would be to wait for higher TF confirmation.
