Threw a hammer today, looks like it's got another leg up before the next tank. The dollar looks like it's going to tank so it'll be difficult to short any foreign ETF.
Foreign ETFs are not currency hedged, so you gotta look at the exchange rates, the reason why this went down today was because the dollar bounced up. I think it's temporary.
