Looks to me like FCEL is setting up for a H&S pattern.

Doing a small long play here, target is $4. Funny that I'm long on a garbage stock

Europe is down over 1%, and I don;t think this can go up without some help from the market, probably better to short it when it hits $4

Warning.... appears to be forming a pennant, not a H&S pattern. Time to bail, I already did.

But hey, it did go up like I said it would, lol
