The On Balance Volume for FILDA is showing us heavy accumulation between the $0.15 and $0.17 cent range, and consistent growth in volume overall.

The 20 has crossed the 50 on the 4hr SMA, and we could soon be approaching a golden cross on the 50 and 200 SMA on the 4hr as well.
