Neutral this time is because of 2 directions. This time i see more than 2 directions, that why it is neutral. 1 one is going straight up to 1.3500. 2 before going to 1.3500 or even higher it first can go down so it is a short and only than is long. And 3 one is before we go up we will retest 1.30800 level. So there are more than 3 scenarios this time so at this point i am neutral. But for a long long long perspective i am more bullish than bearish , until the market shows different.
