Think about this:
For every person that sees a chart "bullish" there is a person that sees a chart bearish.
No matter where or when, no matter which timeframe.
You can ALWAYS argue for and against a chart technical picture.
What makes the markets move?
The fundamental developments that occure, is when the view gets important.
Thats where two might see it bullish for one that sees it bearish. And the market starts to go constantly higher.
Thats where you can have a edge. And thats where you can play your strategy because the market is generally in you favor.
It all starts fundamentally. Charts are secondary. You can have a chart technical view, but dont start trading it until something happens that justifies your view and accounts for follow through.
