Silver is not making the higher high in the last rally, and this added risk for Silver to slip from the uptrend channel.

Indeed, Silver first unable to sustain the uptrend line based on the fact weakness seen in the last rally. This is the beauty of Technical analysis to understand what the chart telling you and act accordingly.
