Short

AMEX:GLD   SPDR Gold Trust
0. Notes to follow;
Comment:
1. Head and Shoulders Forming in GLD, Way above a Channel that GLD should even be in.
Comment:
2. GLD is in a Downtrend... a technical one, and Morgan Stanley has cited this many times this year.
Comment:
"BEIJING: China's gold consumption fell for the first time in three years in 2019, figures released by the country's gold association showed yesterday, as high prices and an economic slowdown hit buying in the world's biggest gold market."
Trade active:
1. Gold heading back to $1550;
2. GLD down $.60 in Pre-market to $146.25
3. GLD will need to hold the $146 Level
4. Downward descent back into the continuing downward channel may have begun;
Comment:
China on complete "lockdown", at peak of "travel holiday season", and China is the #1 buyer of GOLD in the world, and GOLD has it's main use as "jewellery".

Do you see where this is going folks?
Comment:
This is called a "Black Swan Event" for the "GOLD Rally".
Let's wait and see how this pans out. I way the virus will be really bad in China.
We are running algorithms right now to determine IMPACT in relation to SARS.

Is that a latch ditch effort to save GLD?

Okay, just talking, before how does $140 GLD tomorrow sound?

Idea coming later today.

Greatest ONE day TRADE you ever made.

Stay Tuned...
Comment:
We are putting together a calendar options spread, strangle, with allowance for direction. Once GLD either EXPLODES to $175 or BREAKS DOWN to $120, we believe this happens really soon.

Stay tuned. There is no way GLD can stay way above the channel like this. It has to move quickly in one direction soon.
Comment:
Then we dump one side incrementally and grab GAMMA on the direction we need. We will use options and shares to allow us more pre and post market ability.
Comment:
We believe INTC earnings report and ESPECIALLY guidance on the CALL will be the catalyst for this move.
