GME - How to Trade It - Pattern Analysis / Resistance & Support

drchelsea1 Updated
NYSE:GME   GameStop
0. This equity has no value;

1. It is like Bitcoin;

2. It responds to "pure technical analysis" very well, as that is highly correlated to sentiment;

3. In the real world we need to combine this with News, Events, Macro, Micro, and so forth in real time with Artificial Intelligence;

4. No need here.

5. H&S line draw at $200, ONLY buy and sell STOCK, no calls and puts;

6. NO options, and no Shorting;

7. Buy at Support and Sell at Resistance;

8. No stops, and no limit order only, and do them in real time;

9. Do not queue orders;

0. Buy in small lots, 1 / 10 / 100 shares.

1. Support $200 / $175 possibly today;

2. H&Shoulders Resistance at $275;

3. $320 Breakout Resistance;

4. Stock CAPPED at $375 for now.

5. Buy at $150 to $200 and Sell at $275 and take chances above that unless you have eyes on the screen at all times and ready to make moves;

6. Good Luck

Update - Trading View won't let do a 5 day chart. Too short a timeframe.

Patterns as clearly visible on 5 day.

This is a 30 day, so not precise.
Comment:
Also NO MARKET ORDER EVER.
Comment:
Limit only orders, in real time, as you buy and sell. Cheers.

UPDATE - 5:30AM

GAMESTOP CRASH POSSIBLE.

Stock currently at $172.50 in the Pre-Market

$175 is the Head & Shoulders Breakpoint. This stock would go from the height ($370 Max During Hours - $175) below the $175 Mark. The stock would effectively crash to $0 (ZERO) at this point.

I would not advise hanging around for the GameStop Saga anymore.

Sell.

Have a great day.
