Not So Fast - Still Bearish But Approaching Good Entry Point

Fundamentals are still impacting the index and the irrationality of the US makes our technical analysis more arduous.
The index is probably going down some more with trade concerns coming into light further.
If we see another 5% down move, this will be worth getting in for the long haul.
