I love my own Malaysian market because it is easy to see how "Sharks" and "Whales" operates.
It is so easy and blatant. Yet, people believe that markets are rationale and supply demand. Nope, MAJORITY of markets are MANIPULATED by whales/sharks.
How do you know that?
Look at this stock as an example. The stock just went up 1000% in few months.
And then we had the coronavirus thing, where majority of stocks sold off and then recover. But that behavior is NOT PRESENT here, what does it means? It means that whales and sharks are 100% in control of the stock, 100% control.
They have decided to shrug off the corona virus and maintain the price that this current level.
What is their next action? I don't know and I don't care, ask them. Don't ask me.
But if you are naive retail investors, you better know this stuff or else you will end up being bag holders and suffer ultimate permanent loss.
Which means that this stock can anytime drop 90% and that's the end of this pump. If I have bought at cheaper price, I will be selling as this thing goes up and up. Eventually, the musical chair will end and it might end badly, or maybe not. I don't know. But nobody in their right mind will put all their life savings in penny stocks.
