Good catalysts and fomo last severa days over KCS because of KuCoin launching a defi platform similar to BSC where the native token asset is used for swaps. launch was smooth and the proversion has charting setup. in comparison to uniswap or bsc, third party tools were required to do these types of charting that are available from the get go; i find that highly convenient in ways.
Still, first past the posts in the defi space have been 95% scams and familiar rugs even with identical names. giving it a weekend to blow off the top of the scammer fomo degen season, and i think that hodling kcs for more appropriate projects will win 90% of the potential moonshot scams for the immediate to short term.
not putting expectations, however, KCS may grant a similar opportunity for scaling as did BSC as a competitor to ETH fees; whereas the main advantage this time around similarities to august 2020 defi on uniswap, and that this is one of the few bullish startups in an overal cowardly market setting.
