LIC was having a good run pre-covid and looks to be having a reasonably good recovery. Bit more volatility makes it a bit of a riskier proposition but could be worth a look especially for the longer term as Australias population continues to age and people look to downsize and move into these lifestyle type communities.

Lifestyle Communities Ltd. engages in the development, ownership, and management of land lease communities. It offers independent living residential land lease communities for senior citizens; as well as home designs, resort lifestyle homes with various sports and entertainment facilities.

LIC has made it back up to the previous highs. Be interesting to see if it can push through and continue its run. I've moved the trail a bit wider to allow for some more volatility in the short term.
