Lrc keeps lagging behind even though btc made 2 power moves on 5

Seems like they don't want to save LRC presumably they want to liquidate all those long position on LRC. be cautious the 4 hour time frame made a good movement which could be continued even by following btc. But changed the direction which is suspicious.
