LTCUSD retrace watch: Litecoin Fibs+EW say back to $40 ?

LTC has been playing the .236 note for some time now.
Two different impulses made for the bounce to 53.xx
Now it looks to have 2 impulses down forming an ABC.

$40.xx looks great both in Fibs and in Psych value.
if 40 breaks, then a quick 10% drop to 36 likely.
If 36 breaks, then not an ABC but 12345 down.
