I'm speaking more to the effective price rising (bullish), than to the fundamentals or sentiment. Of course those are pretty nice pumps. But if price is higher now than week or two ago, that's a good enough reason to have been long.
50->15 only bearish (in other words, short it) if you bought up high. To someone entering near that bottom, this is a perfectly bullish run (e.g. - go long). Don't confuse a period of profitable trading with a universal judgement on the nature of Litecoin itself. You're confusing the two just on the semantics of the word "bullish"
