In the crypto trading environment things happen so fast that it can be tough staying calm and looking at a chart from a longer term perspective. The chart above shows the 2 major peaks for LTC and how the stock acted after the first. The two major moves over the past 6 months are almost identical.
I expect a move upward. See on the first down trend line where the last touch of the resistance line pushed through it only to come back down to support? Notice how that just happened yesterday on the most recent resistance line. If you are holding, I would want to see a drop below the support line before I sold as, if the last successful breakout to new ATH is any indication, this is a few days away from a major move north.
With that said, factors change all the time so I keep a stop in place but market psychology also tends to be somewhat uniform and traders tend to do make the same moves in certain situations as they have in the past.
