LYFT - TRANSPORTATION THE WAY WE KNOW IT HAS CHANGED FOREVER

Long
NASDAQ:LYFT   Lyft, Inc.
Hello guys, I want to show you an undervalued stock . Funnily enough, it was considered as overvalued months ago at 90, but at these prices it is very attractive.

I do not think we touched the bottom in SPX, and even if it does, markets will drag sideways for a while: confidence in investors has to be restored, and it won't happen overnight. So exclude a V shape recovery for most of the stocks.

BUT, within the SPX there are companies that belong to sectors that were about to take off even before, and that covid19 fastened in their progression. One of those is the transportation/mobility sector that was already reshapening. We do not need cars that we leave in the box for 94% of the time, we do not need 3 cars per family, we won't spend 35,000 usd at least + maintenance in a car that is already worth half of its value in the very same moment we buy it, or take a loan for that. We will share it: same/less money spend overall, less troubles with insurances and taxes and oil, no need to drive, more time for us. Car industry is already changing.

Lyft, after being slaughtered in the first months, now is showing a very great price together with improving cash flows YoY. Like Tesla, after first difficult years, Lyft is expected to have positive CF this year. Earnings are always better, so I want to be ahead of the herd and invest now.

T1 50
T2 68
T3 88

I am going for buying CALL 50 Jan21 @ 180 usd as it is the one with the best multiplier (10x with the middle scenario)

-if 68 is reached, it will be 1800usd payoff for each option held (10x the initial investment)
-if 88 is reached, it will be a 3800usd (20x)
-if 50 is reached before maturity, I can sell the option at a higher price anyway.
