I'm waiting for NEBL to breakout through the triangle to buy. In daily chart, MACD is giving buy signal and RSI is on a thin line at 50. If RSI rise about 50-60 resistance band we can see a good bullish move. And also Hull MA giving buy signals.

But first be sure there is at least one candle for confirmation.
