NEO could double top and reverse.

Ceiling at .014 Held off the price from making a new All Time High twice, making 2 twin peaks.

We have a rising wedge that will apex at .0139 by tomorrow night which will force the price to breakout or fail. A breakout to a new all time high Should give us another leg up, and a failure should give us a decline in price as it retraces the previous move that started @ .006

Triangle Failed and fell out the bottom. NEO will likely not make a new ATH vs the BTC and decline.

After Neo Failed I dropped quickly to the OTE and a trade from .01 to .013 presented itself... We are back in the OTE, but it will likely decline to .006
