Technically NEO token looks like FLM and ONT, but it did not reach the Lower Bollinger Band on the 3D timeframe. I still did not buy it, because I bought FLM, ONT, TORN and BIFI. This is enough for me. I will buy NEO if we will see $33 and $22(Interest Zone) per token.
