Novan recently dropped from $3.50 and it is now sitting at $0.22. It is offering money to anyone who is willing to drive up their stock price, and it just filed a $150 million shelf registration. All of these things will cause the stock price to go up. With coronavirus, this companies products may be in higher demand for fighting it and potentially curing it. There is not that much to lose per share, it is cheap, and can make you bucketloads of money.
