Not a whole lot of stocks I would want to buy at the top, here's one that's range bound, at the bottom, and reports earnings next week. Low float, low liquidity though. Does pay dividends.

Closed this yesterday with a small loss. Doesn't seem like it's going anywhere, earnings weren't great but 7% dividend keeps it from tanking.
