That's what Qtum hopes to be atleast.
And I believe it's a good time to take this bet.
Fundamental
On Janurary 16 I notified Koinworld about my buy level for Qtum, it hit perfectly:
Should have created idea earlier, but bounced hard right away and after that we got some uncertantity from Korea.
Now we are looking better I believe, and it's time for Qtum to shine :)
There aint gonna be a ban from Korea, we should continue to see money flowing in.
Korea’s Fair Trade Commission chairman Kim Sang-Joo stated:
“ is not realistically possible. Based on electronic commerce law, the government does not have the authority to close down cryptocurrency trading platforms.”
If we have a look at Qtum's volume, it is almost exclusively located in Asia. I was surprised when seeing Bitfinex down at #19!!
Asia obsiously loves this, but for us in the west it is generally unknown.
Going into their plan's and projects, I generally like what I see.
But I am no coder and they are focusing only on Asia, so hard for me to get any "value" from there.
We gotta remember the marketcap for Qtum, and its not small.
So I'd rather look at their team and what others are saying.

Technical
I believe Qtum has huge potenial, and are prepared to hold it for a while. Looking at the 3.618 fib as my target for now. (269 USD)
I could also see it getting resistance at 126 USD. Using pitchfork levels to find places to trade :)
Today I recon is a good time to buy Qtum, and I would do it at the 0.618 of pitchfork.
And I believe it's a good time to take this bet.

Sold QTUM at 26.5 USD, for a -5.3% retun.
Selling out the majority of my coins today, as I see signs for a sideways market until summer or so. Hodling on to Ripple, Bitcoin, Peerplays & Unikoin :)
