Higher high coming on the close?

As you can see we made a higher low recently, if we see a higher high on todays close, then we may be off to test previous resistance. Otherwise we may sell off and test support around 1380-1400.
Comment:
Push through resistance falied, look to test 16.80-17 area. Long term this consolidation looks quite bullish.
