FOMC in Switzerland..."We will act appropriately to continue the economic expansion." Thats my story and I am sticking to it, that is as far as Powell will go...let me put this in layman's terms...at the next meeting 18-19 SEP they will cut 25 BPS. So they will not let anything/anyone corner them...its called the Feds "Credible-Threat" ... "Perception" is all the FED has, w/out it they have NO POWER, and currently they still have it...TBD in the long term?

*In my two cent opinion it is not in Powell's DNA to be "Proactive" but to continue to be "Reactive"
