Fool Factor " 9 "

Education
SP:SPX   S&P 500 Index
Sometimes when markets are at crucial turning points,
what I call the "fool factor" is notched against you at an extremely high level.

What I mean by this is that if you are trying
to day-trade or position trade for the next significant move,
the chances of you being "fooled" by the market is quite high.

That is how major price breakouts occur.

The majority of the crowd ultimately is almost completely "fooled",
and price ends up breaking out "extremely against them".

Recently I've observed, the S+P 500 trading in the same kind of way.

The "fool factor",
a subjective number I place on the degree of difficulty
in trading the S+P 500
has risen to a "9"

That means that potentially 90 % of short term trades, could result in losses.

Time frames differ,
and what is a profit or loss, can fluctuate in seconds,
so the "endgame" of the trade is all your own.

Keep this in mind when trying to time the next big price breakout.

Chances are high, right now
that you are going to be dead wrong,..in your assumption.
