BLUF: All tools/models are useless in the market....anyone who says they have traded this market is full of BS! A decoupled sustained high volatility level, market uncertainty and Government Leaders who will overreact and make bad/worse decisions cause their scared shitless also! Yes, charts are good to visualize the environment...we can expect Bounce(s) & Lower Lo's before it goes Higher...Recession? Without a doubt several negative quarters...But there is always opportunity! (Hospitality, Energy, take your pick...keep raising CASH) Average in with layers across a diverse portfolio...No Body knows how low this thing can go or high! Plays: Look at Debt first, strong cash balance sheets...are they protected from the Virus-Economic Reality...what kind of moat do they have...whats gonna change Post-Virus?
Be Safe...Cheers!

Plan = Process & Mangage your Trade(s) Find-Fix-Finish!

“The quintessential market characteristic, is that they are the final determinant of veracity…Markets tell the truth, No one can fool the market!”
Comment:
Let's Watch....Does our Incompetence leaders sign the Fiscal Stimulus Bill? For this bounce to continue to have legs...that has to happen...TBD!
Comment:
3 Things: 1) Gold started to rally yesterday, 2) Fiscal Stimulus Package from Congress/Senate and 3) VIX (Volatility) is coming down daily (Big Money Managers look at this to go Risk-On and put money back into equites)....so this all bodes well for this bounce to continue just realize once it gets ivo 2550-2600 on the SP we could get a retest of the low and maybe a new low...TBD. This environment will take months to play out...you cannot just restart the economy from Pre-Virus and when it does..people/companies will be cautious in there spending...
