This is basically just me roughly tracing different moving averages through our most recent adventure in the dip. Many people wondering when a good time to buy might have been. Many people seeing economic optimism and a generally bullish April. I don't remember what my point was. In no way am I bullish yet -- unless you have a timeframe > 1 month. No more rate increases until May, no?
