Sun Communities popped up on one of my momentum scans and as well as an outstanding chart and year on year price growth, I really like the concept. Housing prices here in Australia have gone crazy with $1M+ needed to own a property in most major cities in Australia. I really like the idea of as alternative to apartments or tiny homes a happy medium using modern prefabricated materials to create comparatively inexpensive but comfortable housing. I can imagine this will be a more and more a desirable option. Well worth a watch.
