I would like to start this analysis off by saying I predominantly trade in the FX market, not the stock market; however, Tesla stock has been something I have followed for years even before I had knowledge on any fundamental/technical analysis.
In FX I predominantly use technical analysis to maintain my overall bias on the given currency pair but as far as Tesla goes, I believe in the long term 5-10 year future of the company as a whole so this analysis will contain information mostly about fundamentals.
We can recognize the roughly 2-year cycle for each bull run on Tesla in 2013-2014 as well as 2016-2017.
It's fair to say that today, in 2019, Elon Musk has accomplished quite a lot with the numerous amount of projects he has launched. Besides Tesla, he has launched other successful ventures like SpaceX, The Boring Company, Paypal and more. It's clear that Elon is a very intelligent man, but how does his intelligence in return help Tesla price reach all-time highs?

With the depletion of the stratospheric ozone layer, gas emissions pushing pollution levels at all-time highs, It is no question that something must be done to maintain the long term future of the earth. As conditions get worse, worldwide earth preservation awareness will increase and more countries around the world will start making an effort to fight against any pollutants that could harm the environment. Elon Musk made it clear to focus his attention on energy sustainable vehicles by only releasing cars that run electrically. In early 2018, Elon announced that they will be releasing a Tesla semi-truck ran electrically. Although they haven't started production of these electric semi trucks, this news is still huge because it has the potential to wipe out diesel ran semi trucks that emit toxic fumes. Air pollution studies show that diesel semi trucks emitting fumes is one of the biggest contributors to the worldwide pollution problem. The fact of the matter is, electric vehicles are significantly cheaper and environmentally friendly. This concludes that the eradication of these emissions on a major level could be a saving factor for the earth as a whole, and also bring Tesla's valuation up significantly.
Tesla has MANY other revolutionary projects in the works, like the plan for SpaceX to colonize Mars by 2020, in return creating an interplanetary relationship between humans.
There is a lot fundamentally backing this stock, and to me, the current price is representing an undervaluation of Tesla.
