OUTLOOK
The index price ended yesterday’s trading by presenting a new negative close below the stable barrier at 34594, forcing it to renew the negative creep. We notice that it is currently stable near 34300. Opportunities to test the support for the ascending channel, represented by the level of 34510, are still present.
It is necessary to emphasize the importance of monitoring the price’s behavior after testing the main support mentioned previously so that we can determine the expected goals for the upcoming trades. If the price breaks the support and submits to a negative close below it, this will force it to form a strong negative attack, so we expect it to suffer major losses that may extend during the initial period towards 34088 and 33895. respectively, also if price can stable above 34400 then the bearish attempts will be postponed .
Additionally ,Today New York sessions will affect on the Indices .
The expect range trading for today it will be between resistance line 34400 and support line 34300 until stabilized .
