We have fed fund rate , forecast for rate cut, however, previous cuts did take USD up not down, it is not only the cut what moves the market, but the press conference and monetary policy minutes and future direction hints.
Anyway, USDCAD is not in a good selling range now, we want to sell after it rises a bit, buying here is risky, however, if u buy, use a stop loss and dont add to it if it falls.
