Long term bullish based on fundamentals.

U.S. Dollar / South African Rand (FX:USDZAR)

FX:USDZAR U.S. Dollar / South African Rand

Fundamentally usd should gain ground,but technically the descending wedge should have brought the price down.Meanwhile the small bullish wedge exceeded it's target and broke up out of the Descending triangle.Where from here?
