You know those movies where they throw a ball blindfolded backwards into a basket 40 meters away... Well, observe in awe as this unfolds, if it does. I'm not guessing.
Comment:
This may unfold a bit earlier than EIA...it still holds
Comment:
Nope, still according to plan. Went long from 52.70. Holding long till 53.60 Scary, but it will be worth it. Shorting on a couple of prices around 53.75
Comment:
took partial profits on the long on it's way back down. Too bad I didn't get my expected short entry at 53.75. Yet. Although I'm considering the best possible short entry may now become 53.15, it may not get to 53.80 anymore.
Note we are in an increasingly smaller range, that will explode soon. Probably downwards
Comment:
Lowered my entries into a range from 53.40 to 53.65. Rejection is strong with this one.
Trade active:
Already took a small small short at 53.20 with a humonguous stoploss Just in case it never reaches my official entry.
Comment:
I dont really think itll reach even 53.55 anymore. Its on its way down now, after having seen massive rejection of 53.50 over and over again. Bulls will take profit now so this will crash. Added to short. Discarding this idea. wont be surprised if that is the moment when it does it.
Comment:
And of course, when you don't expect it anymore, that's when it happened. I kept on eyeballing it, and kept my limit orders in place. Trade active! I'm learning a lot about patience
Comment:
Time of day and day of week are both good for a reversal. That adds up nicely for the entry.
Comment:
Having a lot of fun babying this trade. Beware of micro management. I'll just have to wait and sit it out. Just added some to short at 53.41
Comment:
Still holding on. Only I whish I took it off at 52.35, I totally saw a bump coming but never expected it to go back 90%. Anyway, it's still all on
Trade closed manually:
It was fun while it lasted. I really whis I took partial profits or all off at 52.35 when I was totally considering it. I definitely learned that from this one. Never thought it would jump back all the way up. In hindsight, I could have seen it coming.
On to the next
