Possible inverted head and shoulders on USOIL

I'm no guru, but this is and has been for a while, a nice, buy low - sell high type of location on oil and most energies. I think it's still in a wave 4 {consolidation type of period} A close above $50 and we likely would see higher highs. Just something I'm watching.
