VXRT Update -Caution/Neutral (Being Tricky)

This chart same as previous minus the possibilities. We are at a major area of confluence and so we can go up or down. Lack of price action today is leaving things up in the air. Being we have already rejected its very possible we could go lower. But we can also bounce and go higher. Very indecisive point right now...I figured we would get more down side action to return up.. but this could tank in post market.
It could rally just same. so I am changing this to neutral right now. Bu the price point is marked.. with this many big moves its definitely a wait and see type of thing.
