Big weekly breakout from the downward trend on $WEC. This would be a utility play that corresponds to capital rotation into the sector (see $XAU1!).
Comment:
Broke out. Now resting. Most likely move is to trend sideways before the next leg up. Otherwise, if that doesn't happen, we'll likely see a retest of the down trend.

Another potential retest of downtrend. Could also be a failed breakout.
