based on the previous chart with different pattern
there is a reason why the 1983 retest important
1983 can extend to 1977

the top got 2004 resistance, 2013 resistance and 2020 gap

sorry if I'm not focused on buying, only said retest 2004 resistance first on the previous chart

yes there is 2020 gap, but I keep thinking fill the gap can come later after 1983 retest
Comment:
unfortunately the retest was not clean,
last year I found some trader video on youtube that said there were 5 retest and 4 retests on the channel
but when I backtest it not have a reliable pattern or chance like 2-3 retest or double or triple top bottom one

here similar pattern backtest but this one is very clean 3 vs 4 retest

Comment:
learning about double or triple retest more fun
especially about the triple retest usually triple retest more easy to break out but the reversal on triple retest will determine the trend

which I think from 1983 if above 2020 ready to hit 2060
Comment:
reason number 2 why I dont learn about 4-5 retest on channel
because counting the retest usually not reliable

there is small retest on flag 2-3 retest only
and keep waiting for 5 retest not good strategy
it's kind like EW 5 wave, keeping waiting for 5 wave could hinder the other possibility

Comment:
sorry for the spam i keep looking for 5 retest
Comment:
here is a good example why I don't count every retest
the top x I see it as mini timeframe double top
the bottom x not clean retest
and the
right bottom x = to make sure it not 5 retest but a process to break out after 4 retest
Comment:
another example why not every retest counted
and why I said I don't think 5 retest reliable
Comment:
well... sometimes gold is gold
theory and practice could be huge difference LOL
Comment:
Retest resistance 2013 done
Retest 1983 support done
