Still waiting on a break of 1800 in Gold.
GDX now at its highest level since Jan 8th.
Silver with a very nice move up today, testing the prior high at 26.74.
SILJ is doing that same at 16.29.
Risk of ST pullbacks in each remain but looking good beyond that.

1800 Gold was never broken. Once it does break, and 1860 thereafter, I'll wait for you at new record highs. There is strong support at 1740-50, which would provide the ideal base for a move up to the 200-day moving average at ~1850 next and, following a short-term pullback, to 1900 thereafter, imho. Below 1720 and lower lows are back on the table. Timeframes matter. In the very short-term, I expect to see pullbacks across the sector. But unless we see key support levels broken on the downside, this just provides one last opportunity to get long for new highs this year.
