its based on:
market was bearish before
price respected a weekly resistence at 1639 and dropped 200 pips from there, further it didnt made to touch 1600 level
to stopout all shortorder the market came back to the 1639 resistence, broke it and went up to the weekly pivot, which was untested till now
all whaleorders triggered, all fish stoploss triggered, time to move
its middle of NY session
