Update BTC down 4127 to 3450 for BITMEX:XBTUSD.P by luongson107

So I was right
While everyone is waiting for a wave to rise to 4800,
I think it's not this time.
Btc needs to drop at least 3450 then we will consider it down to 2800 or not
