Your "correct" one needs some additional help too. Wave 2 and 4 should alternate in time, size or complexity. Also, one wave of 1,3 and 5 needs to be substantially longer (61.8% longer) than the next longest one.

No. It means it cannot be labeled as an impulse wave (5 waves). In most instances they must be labeled as an abc correction or in the case of the last example, a possible extension.
